ORDERING & DELIVERY
Once your order is placed, we will do everything possible to get it delivered to you as quickly as possible.
All packages are shipped with PostNL. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a track & trace number.
If you order before 3:00 PM, we will try to ship the package the same day.
When ordering 1 item, the product will be sent in a mailbox box.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items are extensively tested for quality and fit, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have the right to return a purchased product from Superhuman within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with labels still attached.
Upon receipt and inspection, we offer the option of a full refund or exchanging it for another product or size.
IS RETURNING FREE?
Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?
In the exceptional case that a product gets damaged during the shipping process, we ask you to send a message to support@wesuperhuman.com. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
We do our best to process returned products as quickly as possible. You can track the package and see when it has arrived back with us. After receipt, we check the product and try to refund the amount to the bank within 3 working days.
